Yes, to ensure a high-quality and effective 1:1 learning experience, a movement assessment is conducted prior to the start of the program. This assessment evaluates your current movement capabilities and identifies any range of motion limitations.
Absolutely. The 1:1 coaching supports learners of all levels that have a strong desire to gain a deeper innerstanding of how to integrate a holistic movement approach into their life. As you master and embody a movement pattern we adjust, review, and move on to the next progression or variation.
Yes, each exercise is accompanied by a video recording & description accessible through your workout program on the training app. The videos provide demonstrations, making it easy to follow along and perform the exercises accurately.
The duration and amount of exercises depend on your level, exercise selection, and availability. On average, sessions typically last between 60 and 75 minutes. To ensure progress and consistency, I recommend to commit to at least three sessions per week while having the possibility to commit to 7+ sessions per week.
Yes, approved students receive a 20% discount on coaching packages.
Prior to starting the program, you will be required to go through a movement assessment, which provides us with an indication of your overall movement capabilities.
The workouts are not live on Zoom. Each workout is accessible on your personal account in the app. Workouts are customized with recordings and exercise descriptions. This gives you the flexibility to complete the workouts at your own pace or divide them into two parts throughout the day while still receiving daily personalized feedback from me.
The online coaching support is offered on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum duration of 8 or 12 weeks, depending on the package.
It depends on your work effort and progress. You are requested to submit exercise recordings on a weekly or biweekly basis (explained in detail within the program). You can expect to receive comprehensive feedback within 3 days, including re-adjustments of your program.
